We finally have approval from Lake Mary to create four 1/4 acre building lots. These infill lots are a short distance to Downtown Lake Mary and SunRail. Should have parcel IDs and legal descriptions so we can convey the home sites on April 17th. Early birds will be able to pick their preferred lot.
